Presentations: include the submission of full papers.
Posters: without the submission of a full paper.
Language of the Conference
English is the official language of the Conference. Please submit your abstracts, papers and posters and prepare your presentations in English.
Submission procedure
1. Please prepare your abstract using this template. Then, convert it in pdf and submit it using the EasyChair platform. It you don’t have the complete results and the conclusions of your work, you can omit the corresponding sections in the abstract.
2. After acceptance of your abstract as a full paper, please visit the IOP page to write your full paper following the IOP template and instructions. Papers don’t follow exactly these instructions will not be accepted. Also, please fill and sign the Author Declaration Form. Please name your paper doc(x) file as “PAPER_submission number” and the Author Declaration Form pdf file as “ADF_submission number” and send the two files toghether by email to iced@eap.gr. Please send you paper in doc(x) format and your Author declaration form in pdf file.
3. After the submission of the full paper, a peer review will take place. In case of modifications, please modify your paper according to the comments of the reviewers and send your final doc(x) file by email to iced@eap.gr. Please include a second file with a point to point answer to the reviewers comments. Please send the two files once.
4. If your abstract is accepted as a poster, please send a pdf file of a A4 page in portrait orientation (not landscape). Please, send your pdf file by email to iced@eap.gr. The paper name must be of the type “POSTER_submission number”. Also, please fill, sign and send the Author Declaration Form by email to iced@eap.gr using the filename “ADF_submission number”. Please send the two files once.
Deadlines
Deadline for the submissions of 1 page abstract: 10 June 2021 (Due to many demands for an extension, there will be a second round of abstract submissions with deadline on: 27 June 2021)
Notification of abstracts acceptance: 13 June 2021 (for the second round of submissions: 30 June 2021)
Deadline for the submission of full papers (4-8 pages) or 1 page poster: 11 July 2021 (for the second round of submissions: 27 July 2021).
Due to many demands for an extension, the new deadline for the first round of full papers is: 18 July 2021.
Deadline for the submission of revised full papers or posters: 31 August 2021
Notification of papers acceptance: 5 September 2021
Deadline for registrations: for the authors of papers and posters: 19 September 2021
Deadline for registrations: for the orther participants: 17 October 2021
Conference: 23-24 October 2021
